Francois Montand, a descendent of a long line of winemakers from Champagne, moved to the Jura region in the 1940s and began making sparkling wines according to the traditional Champagne method. He soon became regarded as a Jura specialist and the François Montand wines are still produced with strict adherence to this traditional method, with a rigorous selection of the best grapes to offer fresh and fruity
sparkling wine for the pleasure of most.

Tasting Notes

The appearance is pale gold with a hint of green and fine bubbles. Aromas of white flowers and citrus fruit give way to a creamy and smooth palate with flavors of freshly baked bread, golden delicious apples, and Meyer lemons. Truly harmonious.

Food Pairing

Great way to start any meal, and it's a fine accompaniment for ceviche, salads, white fish in white sauce or simply for dessert.
