Director Of Chain Retail Sales
SVP/GM Chain Retail Sales
Manages chain retail activities to achieve company sales and profit objectives by performing the following essential functions. Responsible for chain execution of sales initiatives, training and development of Key Account Managers and Chain Retail Sales Consultants, while acting as a liaison to all suppliers through the development of mutually beneficial chain account sales, marketing plans and initiatives.
Develops relationships with the Florida retail chain buyers.
Establishes, recommends and implements strategies, objectives and plans for sales and profit objectives of the retail chain division.
Facilitate supplier chain retail programs.
Manages the activities of the chain retail team and directs the chain retail team in achieving planned goals.
Travels to sales territories to monitor field activities, gain perspective of current market conditions and train and develop chain retail sales consultants.
Develops and maintains customer relationships within the marketplace.
Plan and develop the various aspects of chain meetings.
Execute and participate in various meetings of chain program.
Job duties may include working nights and weekends on promotional activities and other chain activities.
Established buyer relations a plus. Working knowledge of the FL market a plus
